Katherine Abshire began her career as a technical recruiter with WhitakerIT in October of 2006. She specializes in contract, contract to hire and direct hire of IT professionals. Her focus is on SAP, .NET, and a variety of other technologies. Prior to joining the WhitakerIT team, Katherine had a long and successful career in sales and Product Management in the Telecommunications industry. She was recognized as producer of the year on several occasions.
Katherine brings a high level of energy, enthusiasm and commitment to her work as a recruiter. She attributes her success to her past experience in relationship building as well as honesty, integrity and excellent customer service. Paul Choudhuri began his career as a SAP marketing consultant in 1996
with WhitakerIT in Houston, Texas. He has progressively excelled in
the SAP market ever since. Paul works with clients in Houston
and throughout the US in multiple industries including Oil & Gas,
Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals and Telecommunications. He believes the
key to success is to always place clients first and to develop long-term
strategic partnerships.
Paul achieved the Rookie of the Year Award in 1996 and has the honor of being recognized as the top producer from 1997 to 2002. He was also awarded Producer of the Year for our IT division in 2009. As the senior member of the SAP team, he handles multiple clients while training and advising other team members.
Paul graduated with a Bachelors degree in Chemistry from the University of Texas and also has a Doctorate degree from American University with a fellowship from London.

Candy Fleming started her career with WhitakerIT as a technical recruiter
in 1997 in Dallas, Texas. She developed a specialty early on in the
Oracle Applications arena and has excelled in that area ever since.
She has become very well respected in the industry as someone committed
to the careers of her consultants and has received numerous recommendations
from those she has helped.
Candy was selected as the Rookie of the Year for The Whitaker Companies in 1998 and was promoted to Recruiting Team Lead in the Dallas office in 1999. As a team lead, she oversaw the recruiting efforts of as many as 5 recruiters at a time. Because of her personal production in 1999 and 2000, she won back-to-back Producer of the Year awards for the entire IT division. She was recognized again in 2003 and 2005 with this honor. Because of her consistent performance, she is a member of Whitaker's President Club.
Now working out of the Corporate office in Houston, Candy has continued developing and maintaining relationships with her network of Oracle talent and has expanded to other ERP and Business Applications as well as Infrastructure technologies. She received both her CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) and CTS (Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist) certifications in April 2007.
She has a Bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of North Texas in Denton and was a member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority.

Tim Guerinot joined WhitakerIT in July 2006 and specializes in the recruitment, placement and
satisfaction/career development of senior SAP rofessionals. Previously, Tim held sales and project management positions at a boutique software company where he sold products and served as a liaison between his clients and the firm’s software developers to ensure precise product customization. During Tim’s two year tenure, he played an instrumental role in helping the software firm increase revenues dramatically in their new product line.
Tim’s focus on SAP staffing has given him an in-depth understanding of the latest technologies and how they are best integrated, updated and enhanced at companies of all sizes. His expertise and industry connections have enabled Tim to develop a network of in-demand SAP consultants. Through his partnership approach, demonstrated expertise and ability to consistently deliver high caliber consultants, Tim has developed trusted relationships with many key SAP decision makers.
Tim graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism. In his spare time, he enjoys sport fencing, and placed 7th in the Division 1A National Championship saber event in 2004.

Patrick Montesanto began his career with WhitakerIT as a Staffing Consultant in
July of 2007. He quickly found success at Whitaker by applying over
nine years experience in marketing, advertising, recruitment communications
consulting, and new business development. Patrick focuses on creating
mutually beneficial relationships between clients and candidates in
all areas of IT across the country. In taking the time to
truly understand the needs of his clients, how their group fits into
the business and how projects will affect the organization
he is better able to deliver just the right talent for their needs.
This approach has allowed him to develop long-term and lasting relationships
with both clients and candidates. He received the Rookie of the Year
2008 award from Whitaker.
Patrick graduated in 2000 with a B.A. in Integrated Strategic Communication
(Advertising & Marketing) with a minor in Spanish from the University
of Kentucky.

Linda Ranostaj started her career as a recruiter for a small
independent IT staffing firm in Houston, Texas in 2000. She had the opportunity
to wear multiple hats while learning and understanding all the facets of
Information Technology Staffing from the ground floor up. During 2001 - 2004,
she led the recruiting team as top producer placing hundreds of candidates while
working directly with high profile fortune 500 companies including Exxon Mobil,
Duke Energy, Waste Management, ChevronTexaco and Enterprise Products.
Ms. Ranostaj joined WhitakerIT in early 2005. With her high energy and dedication, she began working with many new clients while restoring many former clients. As a top producer in 2006, 2007 and 2010, she is committed to valuing people, listening closely, communicating effectively, working hand in hand with clients and candidates building long term relationships based on trust, integrity and excellent service. Patricia Simpson started her career as a technical recruiter with WhitakerIT in January 2006. Her success at Whitaker is due in great part to
her background in Human Resources and Customer Service Management where
she was allowed to strengthen her ability in building relationships
with her consultants. In addition, her past experience working with
and training employees in SAP led her to specialize in the SAP Applications
arena and focus on both the energy and chemical industries. Patricia
received her CTS (Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist) certification
in October 2007. She is a well respected member in the industry and her
dedication to bringing the right opportunities to her clients and consultants
is adding to her success at Whitaker.
She has received numerous production awards at Whitaker including: 3rd & 4th Quarter Recruiter 2006; 1st, 2nd & 3rd Quarter Recruiter 2007; 3rd & 4th Quarter Recruiter 2008; and 2nd & 3rd Quarter Recruiter 2009. In the course of a distinguished career that began in 1968, Bruce Whitaker has personally completed and supervised thousands of successful searches. Starting as a technical recruiter with the largest firm in the search industry, he rose to manager of one of its top offices and spearheaded the start-up of a new division. Bruce left the firm in 1983 to establish The Whitaker Companies, where his visionary leadership and pioneering approach have enabled the company to provide the highest-quality staffing solutions while flexibly responding to its clients’ ever-changing staffing needs. Under Bruce’s direction, The Whitaker Companies has grown to more than 70 employees in five locations, and has enjoyed 25 percent year-over-year growth since 1990.
Bruce has been dedicated to the growth and integrity of the staffing industry and the professional development of its members for more than two decades. He is a tireless advocate who continues to play prominent roles in local, state and national personnel associations and the proud recipient of numerous industry awards.
