Our direct hire fee is 30% of the hired candidate's first year gross

How do you screen candidates?
The process of screening at Whitaker begins with the way we train our
recruiters. All of our recruiters select an area of technical focus and
immerse themselves in that market to learn all that they can about the
technical concepts in that area. They belong to the same technical
associations to which our consultants belong, and attend meetings where
they are able to see the technologies first-hand and learn more about
them.
Although our recruiters are not "techies", they are given the tools they need to understand the technical concepts and the markets. Armed with this knowledge, our recruiting staff is capable of remarkably accurate screening. In addition, if there is any doubt of the qualifications of a candidate, we employ the services of one of our similarly skilled staff consultants for additional screening.
